As someone who raised three stepsons who possessed both a different ethnicity from mine and the propensity of all boys to occasionally sprinkle when tinkling, I can only characterize Dr. Russia's (the character's) behavior as that of a cretin. Certainly it is more repugnant than the odd stray urine splash.
