Joy. Such good work. Try a movie called "Grave of the Fireflies." It's anime, not manga, but I bet you'll like it. Knowing you, you've probably already seen it.
I have watched it, owned it, shown it to my 4th graders, lent it, and lost it. I really love nonfiction stuff like that- the more tragic the better.
